2011 ....... I'm back to triathlon.

ImageAfter one year and an half  moved away from triathlon, here I´m back!
I already taken part from one Duathlon and one Triathlon in Portugal. I have got great feelings on both races.
Soon, I will be in 2 internationals races: in the European Cup at Quarteira, Portugal, the 9 April and in the World Cup at Monterrey, Mexico,  the 8 May.
My goals for this year are the European and the World championship U23.
I will be also in Madrid and London for the WCS, if I enter on the start list.

Swim National'sTeam Championship

ImageThis week Anaïs swam at the National's Team Championship.
In individual, Anaïs swam the 200 free styles ( 2´27-7t place), the 200 butterfly (2´27-12th place), the 200 crawl (2´09) , and the relais  4x100 crawl where for the first time, Anaïs made less then 1´ (59.30).
