 The first Portuguese Triathlon’s Award Dinner was held on Sunday 23th and saw the presentation of the athetes that gived their contribution to perform this sport in Portugal.
Anaïs was one of the awared athletes by winning the junior national championship in triathlon and duathlon and, at the european championship, she got the junior bronze medal and the team silver elite medal. |

 In 12th October was held the portuguese triathlon national championship, the last race of the season. Anais did the race finishing in the second place behind the olympic silver medalist, Vanessa Fernandes.

 The last competition of the prestigious Thriathlon Teams French Circuit took place in the sea resort of La Baule, on the 20th September.
Gathering more than 4.500 athletes, of all ages, from children to elites, this festival would determine the 3 best teams, male and female, of the 2008 Grand Prix circuit. Anaïs that in France represent the Brive Limousin Triathlon, BLT, helped her team to finish in 3rd place overall, amongst 14 teams in this race. In the end of the circuit the BLT got the bronze medal. This was the first podium finish for the team, that had the youngest team in competitiion. Besides Anais, BLT has in its formation the following athletes: Emmie Charyon (Fr), Rebecca Robish ( Ger), Kelly Bruce ( Nz), Jessica Tawl ( Gbr), Léa Duchamps (Fr) et Cécile Mériot (Fr). |
